I am currently based on Ermine Street, Huntingdon, working out of a beautiful, high-ceilinged room in my house. There is no parking at the property but a public car park at Great Northern Street, across the road, and Aldi, just around the corner.
From April 2025, I will additionally be working from Focused Fitness Studio located in Ellington, Cambs.
Sports massage is a form of massage therapy designed to optimise athletic performance, prevent injuries, and facilitate faster recovery. This therapeutic technique combines deep tissue massage, stretching, and other methods to address specific muscle groups and physical issues related to sports activities.
Whether you are a professional athlete or a weekend warrior, sports massage helps improve flexibility, reduce muscle soreness, and enhance circulation. It can be used pre-event to prepare muscles for intense activity, post-event to speed up recovery, or as part of a regular training regimen to maintain peak physical condition.
Discover the benefits of sports massage and take your athletic performance to the next level. Feel stronger, recover faster, and stay ahead of the game.
Sports massage, like any therapeutic intervention, can have side effects. While it is considered safe and beneficial for most people, some individuals may experience adverse reactions. These could include soreness or bruising due to the deeper nature of the massage. Tiredness after a massage is possible as the body detoxifies. It is advised to relax after a massage, drink plenty of water and not do anything too energetic.
My current prices are £40 for a 60-minute treatment, £25 for a 30-minute treatment. A 90-minute treatment currently costs £60.
